Build trust in search by showing ★★★★★ and your review count under the product title. Stars come from apps like Judge.me, Yotpo, or Loox — the same reviews your customers already leave.

Some settings sound technical. Here’s what they mean for a normal Shopify store.
1 Show stars in Google
What it means: Displays your average rating and review count under the product title in search.
You already collect reviews in Judge.me, Yotpo, Loox, or another supported app.
You have no reviews yet — wait until customers start leaving them.
2 Auto Detect or pick your app
What it means: Makes sure stars come from the correct review app.
You’re not sure which review app is active — try Auto Detect. If you use more than one, pick the main one manually.
Don’t leave two apps both trying to show stars at once.
3 Hide ratings temporarily
What it means: Turns stars off if Google warns that ratings appear twice.
Google Search Console (or a test) says duplicate ratings are coming from your theme or another app.
If stars look fine in Google, leave them on.
Supported review apps
Choose your app in Settings, or use Auto Detect if you’re not sure which one is active.
